Captain Pengu is a little and blue penguin living with his family and penguin friends. The place where he lives is covered with glaciers and these glaciers have been melting day by day. One day, while he gives training to the baby penguins to be sensitive to nature, his friend polar bear Putuk falls into the sea and disappears. Due to the displacement of underwater currents they cannot find him.
